Abu Saleh Mohammad Sowad (PhD, Concordia University, Montréal) is a social researcher examining how transnational migration reshapes masculinity, belonging, and well-being among migrant men in diasporic contexts. His work employs intersectional and critical qualitative approaches to study gender, migration, and social inequality. He holds an MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
