Alma Suljić
M.A. – Academic Project Coordinator
Alma Suljić is an academic project coordinator for the ERC advanced Menbelong project. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational and Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Adult Education/Lifelong Learning from the Humboldt University in Berlin. Her academic interests include the intersections of migration, post-conflict educational structures, and access to education for students with refugee status and ethnic/national minorities. In her Master’s thesis, she examined the role of language in social dimensions of identity and integration, looking closely at the case of Bosnian Muslim women who migrated to Germany through family reunification between 2017 and 2022. Alma also has professional experience in organizing academic events at the Humboldt University in Berlin, including:
