Jair Marín Alaniz is a PhD candidate in Architecture and Urban Studies at the Universidad Católica de Chile. Master`s degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from the Universidad de Tarapacá. His research interests focus on the study of arrival areas in South American cities, neighborhood conviviality processes, and the trajectories of migrants. He has worked with migrant communities in Spain and Mexico developing social support projects.
